Our Objectives

Churches will have a coordinated response for those seeking aid. As partners, we will maximize the provision of services, optimize operational procedures and minimize barriers to the delivery of services.

People are experiencing the love of Christ; spiritual and physical needs have been met and everyone is living a more fulfilled life.

Our Purpose

United Christian Ministries of Abbeville County (UCMAC) is an organization of volunteers extending the mission work of local churches in Abbeville County. UCMAC is dedicated to showing the love of God by providing two programs: utility and housing assistance through the Emergency Assistance Ministry and non-perishable food through three food pantries to qualified Abbeville County citizens. UCMAC also provides referrals to other agencies and organizations for further assistance when deemed appropriate.
